Trans-Form LLC has established itself as preferred supplier of Project Management consulting services within the Financial Services Industry. Our consultants utilize a holistic approach. We see organizations as a total system where people, process, and technology change efforts must result in better business results. We are seeking qualified candidates to add to our consulting practice through full-time or contracted employment.

Position Description and Requirements

We have been engaged by several financial services firms to manage large-scale Process Improvement, Change Management and Outsourcing projects in the New York Metropolitan Area. These initiatives include assisting senior management in planning and implementing organizational process and technological change. Qualified candidates will join a team of consultants required to perform the following:

• Demonstrate high value program / project management experience

• Day-to-day management of program/project governance

• Perform business/functional analysis and develop business cases

• Prepare project related management reports and presentations

• Running problem solving workshops and working groups

• Provide project related risk management and mitigation expertise

A Trans-Form Project Manager and Partner will direct selected resources on-site. The qualified candidate will be required to have a minimum of 5 years of financial services or project-related experience with a focus on large scale change that affects both human and technical systems. In addition, candidates should possess proven skills in several of the following areas:

• Problem solving

• Program management

• Process improvement / reengineering initiatives

• Advanced project administration skills

• Change management

• Exceptional communication versatility and presentation skills

• Ability to work effectively in a high energy fast paced environment

Terms

Projects are ongoing. The selected candidate(s) will be compensated commensurate with experience. Benefits are available for full-time employees. Travel will be required.
