Project Management Consulting Positions

Trans-Form LLC has established itself as a niche provider of Integration
and Outsourcing Strategy and Execution, Change Management, Process
Improvement, and Project Management services within the Financial
Services Industry. Our strategy utilizes a holistic approach. We see
organizations as a total system where change efforts must improve the
interdependencies and linkages that bind technical and human processes.
We utilize a participative process that enables our clients to sustain change
beyond the scope of each project. It is our goal to gain rapid improvements
in Control, Service, Management Practices, and Cost while laying the
foundation for longer-term organizational development initiatives.
We are seeking qualified candidates to add to our consulting practice
through full-time or contracted employment.

Position Description and Requirements

We have been engaged by several financial services firms to manage
large-scale Process Improvement, Change Management and Outsourcing
projects in the New York Metropolitan Area. These initiatives include
assisting senior management in planning their strategy to implement
the change. Qualified candidates will join a team of consultants
required to perform the following:

  • Interview senior managers and develop a high level Master Plan that includes Scope, Program Objectives, Milestones/Deliverables, Financials, etc.
  • Create task-based Project Plans using Microsoft Project
  • Assess Open Issues and maintain an Issues Database
  • Prepare the client for Steering Committee meetings
  • Quality assure plans across disciplines (e.g., Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, etc.)
  • Collaborate with client to provide status and ensure completion

A Trans-Form Project Manager and Partner will direct
selected resources on-site.

The qualified candidate will be required to have a minimum of
3 - 5 years of financial services or project-related experience
with a focus on large scale change that affects both human and
technical systems. In addition, candidates should possess proven,
measurable skills in several of the following areas:

  • Project Management
  • Client Service
  • Process Improvement/Reengineering Initiatives
  • Advanced Project Administration Skills using Microsoft Project
  • Process / Flow Mapping using Microsoft Visio
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
  • Proven Performance in a High Risk, High Potential Environment
  • Ability to Collaborate with Others and Articulate Clearly to Senior Levels of Both The Firm and The Client

Terms

Projects are expected to begin soon. The selected
candidate(s) will be compensated commensurate with
experience. Benefits are available for full-time employees.
Travel will be required
